Refund Policy

A note about this page

Our donation refund policy now lives on the Support the Work page, alongside the donation link itself. In short: donations made through PayPal are generally non-refundable, but if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@apiahistorycinci.org and we'll do what we can to help.

In detail

APIA History Cincinnati isn't a retail business, so most of the standard boilerplate about product returns doesn't apply here. The only transactions on this site are donations, which are covered by the note above.

Questions

If you have any questions about a donation, or anything else on this site, reach out at info@apiahistorycinci.org.
